The "Just Development Transition" Program 2021-2027 (PDAM) with a total budget of €1.63 billion is co-financed by the Just Transition Fund and implemented within the framework of cohesion policy. It addresses the distinct specific objective of a just transition by providing support to regions and people affected by the social, employment, economic, and environmental impacts of the transition towards the EU's 2030 energy and climate targets and a climate-neutral economy by 2050.

The “Competitiveness 2021-2027” Program is a comprehensive intervention targeting the productive, competitive, and extroverted sectors of the economy in their transition to a developmental model guided by the Knowledge Economy. It largely reflects the developmental priorities of the country while aligning with the new priorities of the European Commission.

Ο νέος Αναπτυξιακός Νόμος Ν.4887/2022 αποτελεί το βασικό θεσμικό πλαίσιο για τη σύσταση καθεστώτων Ενισχύσεων Ιδιωτικών Επενδύσεων για την περιφερειακή και οικονομική ανάπτυξη της χώρας. Βασικό σκοπό του Αναπτυξιακού Νόμου αποτελεί η προώθηση της οικονομικής, επιχειρησιακής και κοινωνικής ανάπτυξης της χώρας, η οποία αναμένεται να επιτευχθεί, μεταξύ άλλων, μέσα από τη χορήγηση κινήτρων σε συγκεκριμένες δραστηριότητες και κλάδους και την επιτάχυνση των διαδικασιών ένταξης των επενδυτικών σχεδίων στα καθεστώτα ενίσχυσης.»
